What We Do
Rubber Duck Theatre was founded in 2013, by Lisa McMullin and Ryan Kennedy, with the primary aim of creating exciting and original drama.
"Committed performances, genuine high stakes … Siren Song is a slick, carefully crafted production that looks fantastic” One Stop Arts
We produce groundbreaking, high octane drama that holds a disturbing mirror up to the world.
“ … fantastic, scarily relevant … intense narrative … (Rapture is) without a doubt, one of the best plays I’ve ever seen.” Remote Goat
Embracing a wide range of genres and styles, we firmly believe that, above all else, theatre must be cathartic. It must tell a story in a way which makes us realise that we are not alone.
“ … the audience see everything in graphic, uncomfortable detail. It’s car-crash, in a good way.” The Public Reviews
As well as originating material, we are also keen on taking a fresh look at existing works.
